How much does shipping cost?

• Standard UK Delivery: £4.00

• Free Delivery: Orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will arrive in sustainable, recyclable packaging designed to protect your products and minimize environmental impact.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product?

We hope you love your Kam-eo Home purchase! However, if you’re not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

How do I make a return?

1. Email us at kameohome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund or exchange.

Are there any return costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kameohome@gmail.com . Include your order number and photos of the damaged product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
